Join us for the final early-morning MMeets at MPavilion this season. Leading the charge is Ritual Cult with their ‘cosmic yoga’, a meditative morning yoga session set to an immersive soundtrack covering ambient drone, experimental sounds, krautrock, psych and tunes from around the world. In this forty-five minute session, yoga teacher Shalina Truelove will guide participants to outer space and back through a mindful Vinyasa practice.

BYO yoga mat. Seating is also available should you prefer to sit out the yoga and enjoy the sonic vibrations and meditative atmosphere of the class.
